Transferring tapes and records to computer or CD

If you have a vinyl or cassette recordings you likely to want to transfer those recordings to yourcomputer's music library, or to burn on an audio CD. This is easily accomplished in Audacity. Detailed instructions using the current version of Audacity can be found at Copying tapes, LPs or MiniDiscs to CD in the Manual. It is strongly recommended that you use the current version of Audacity as above.
