So, my first request would be for a vertical scale to be added to the Time Track in percentage. However, the ideal thing would be to have a pop-up (or display) that shows the exact horizontal and vertical position of the points, using the scale values defined by the user. For a pop-up, you could display in (x,y) format. So for the Time Track, the x would be the corrected time value, and the y would be the percentage. I know that for an Envelope, you can get the time value by putting the cursor at the time point and reading the Selection Start, and you can get a pretty accurate idea of the amplitude by zooming in a lot, but that's kind of kludgy.
