Hello !
I would like to reduce the loudness of part of a mix. I know how to amplify, but now I'd like to reduce the sound, and I can't manage though I've been surfing the tutorials for hours :-(
If someone could give me a hand ...

Hello there,
I am extremely new at this but I am enjoying it!! I am putting together a CD of background music(not a problem so far?) and a layer of recorded voice / speech. This however seems to be too low. Any suggestions on how you can fix this?...
I have learned so much from this site in the last couple of days though.
