• 470 P4: Manage Curves dialog UI - buttons incorrectly enabled, resize corrupts appearance Tested on Mac & W10 - but it still allows ridiculously small resizing

• 1208 P4: Spectrogram vertical zoom-in is limited to ten bins - tests OK on W10 18Feb16 & MAC-EC 18Feb16 - and also on Linux
• 1049 P4: Spectral edit effects fail on 0 Hz low frequency - tests OK on W10 18Feb16 & MAC-EC 18Feb16
