Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

• P2 1702 - Summary: LAME, FFmpeg and other dll loading woes in macOS - umbrella bug for the other 2 below
• P2 1567 - Mac Sierra: LAME, FFmpeg and some plugins disappear. (intermittent) works for me (and Cliff)
• P2 290 - Mac: LAME: Audacity looks for LAME in a restricted folder that Mac no longer supports

The Bugs I have tested so far on Windows and that look to be good to go so far on W10-CE still to be tested on macOS and Linux
