Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

• P2 1767 - Opening a second project from Mac's Finder produces a second inaccessible instance of Audacity (10.13 High Sierra only)
  • Mac nightlies not yet available

The Bugs I have tested so far on Windows and that look to be good to go so far on W10-CE still to be tested on macOS and Linux

• P3 1765 - Using File > Open to import audio gives wrong zoom level and no scroll bar slider - OK on W10
