Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

• P2 1767 - Opening a second project from Mac's Finder produces a second inaccessible instance of Audacity (10.13 High Sierra only)
  • Mac nightlies of 7Nov17 - this now looks fine - confirmed by Cliff
• P3 1765 - Using File > Open to import audio gives wrong zoom level and no scroll bar slider - OK on W10 and macOS High Sierra - tests ok on Linux for Steve
• P4 1774 - Recording does not honor waveform color
• P1 1770 - Crash applying certain chain files
• P2 1783 - Preview fails when selection extends before zero - OK on Mac and Linux
• P4 1784 - Silencing an audio selection that crosses a split causes an "Internal error ..."
• P2 1752 - Windows: Saved project will not open if AUP contains supplementary characters.
• P4 1787 - Auto-scroll stopped working in 2.2.0
• P2 1788 - Append Record (default)n does not add Clip line between recordings
• P4 88 Enh: The "Cmd - Wheel - Rotate" mouse binding conflicts with system screen zoom
