Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.
Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

To be tested
- P4 63 - Analysis effects that create labels should give focus to label track
- P4 1799 - Un-muting with a single track unnecessarily activates the Solo button
- P4 305 - Analysis effects produce false indication that a label is open for editing
- P4 963 - Control value may be out of range when using FloatingPointValidator
