Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.
Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

- P4 1799 - Un-muting with a single track unnecessarily activates the Solo button - original bug ok on Mac, BUT closely related issue still occurs

- P3 1554 - Toolbars: open undocked if previously not shown, unless Reset Toolbars first
- P4 305 - Analysis effects produce false indication that a label is open for editing
