Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

• P4 1799 - Un-muting with a single track unnecessarily activates the Solo button - original bug ok on Mac, BUT closely related issue still occurs

• P1 1812 - Drag&drop import of Audio considerably slowed/delayed - Steve tested thhis OK on Linux

• P4 963 - Control value may be out of range when using FloatingPointValidator passes original steps but has a residual issue on W10 - OK on Mac
