Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

Re-opened

• P3 1835 - Mixer Board track names do not update immediately on updating track names (works on Mac now - but not fixed on Windows)
• P5 1799 - Un-muting with a single track unnecessarily activates the Solo button - original bug ok on Mac, BUT closely related issue still occurs

Devel Fix-Made

• P3 [http://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1741 1741} - Error-help when attempting to Import a Project fails to go to local installed Manual
