Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

P3 1835 - Mixer Board track names do not update immediately on updating track names (works on Mac now - but not fixed on Windows)
P5 1799 - Un-muting with a single track unnecessarily activates the Solo button - original bug ok on Mac, BUT closely related issue still occurs
P4 1806 - Extreme negative settings in Change Tempo cause an "apparent" hang/freeze

P5 1837 - Unable to set empty track name
P4 515 - Timer Record: Incrementing then decrementing "Start" Date/Time breaks sync of controls
P4 534 - Page Up/Page Down when slider focused also scrolls the project.
P4 1064 - Inconsistent zoom tool cursor
P4 464 - Cursor cannot be scrolled right when beyond all audio in project
P4 499 - Normalize includes white space in offset calculation
P4 616 - First ampersand in file name removed from File > Recent Files and import dialogues
