Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

Re-opened

• P5 1799 - Un-muting with a single track unnecessarily activates the Solo button - original bug ok on Mac, BUT closely related issue still occurs
• P4 1806 - Extreme negative settings in Change Tempo cause an "apparent" hang/freeze
• P4 534 - Page Up/Page Down when slider focused also scrolls the project. looks OK on W10 but iffy on Mac

• P4 1526 - Windows: Mod-script-pipe in release configuration depends on debug wxwidgets DLL's and the script hangs even when such DLL's provided
• P3 1855 - Accelerators not removed from names in translation can't test until language files are in builds
