Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

Re-opened

• P2 1890 - Enh: Punch and Roll fails when splice point is at track end fails because the end is not the end
• P5 1799 - Un-muting with a single track unnecessarily activates the Solo button - original bug ok on Mac, BUT closely related issue still occurs
• P4 1806 - Extreme negative settings in Change Tempo cause an "apparent" hang/freeze
• P4 534 - Page Up/Page Down when slider focused also scrolls the project. looks OK on W10 but iffy on Mac

• P1 1886 - Sluggish behaviour caused by the large time taken to draw the Track Control Panel Works fine for me on W10 - I would like confirmation from DavidB as the OP
• P2 1881 - Truncate Silence shows a spurious unnecessary info error and resets user's previous settings
• P4 1910 - Enh: Jerky meters, waveform and Timer Record Progress dialog in 2.3.0 on some PCs

The Bugs I have tested so far on Windows and that look to be good to go so far on W10 - still to be tested on macOS and Linux

• P1 1873 - Export with "external program" deletes output file on closing output dialog I can't make this work on Mac
• P1 1912 - Play/Stop and Set Cursor no longer sets the cursor at the stopped play position
