Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.
Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.
Re-opened
- P5 1799 - Un-muting with a single track unnecessarily activates the Solo button - original bug ok on Mac, BUT closely related issue still occurs
- P4 1806 - Extreme negative settings in Change Tempo cause an "apparent" hang/freeze
- P4 534 - Page Up/Page Down when slider focused also scrolls the project. looks OK on W10 but iffy on Mac
- P2 1763 - Clicks on starting/stopping playback. I get stop clicks with a sine tone

- P2 1979 - Saving an unsaved project takes much longer in 2.2.2/2.3.0 versus 2.1.0
- P2 2009 - Windows and Linux: Intermittent truncation of the end of a recording OKish,sort of works on W10 - but small inaccuracies
- P4 1938 - Global variable 'S' (sixteenth note) incorrectly set in 'tool' type effects to NIL
- P4 770 - Enh: Create region labels with "Regular Interval Labels" tool. sort of works on W10 - but I don't like the (undiscoverable) GUI
The Bugs I have tested so far on Windows and that look to be good to go so far on W10 - still to be tested on macOS and Linux
- P1 2016 - Multiple problems with Change Pitch
- P4 2022 - Mixer Board does not automatically update when tracks added or removed
