Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

Re-opened

  • P5 1799 - Un-muting with a single track unnecessarily activates the Solo button - original bug ok on Mac, BUT closely related issue still occurs
  • P4 1806 - Extreme negative settings in Change Tempo cause an "apparent" hang/freeze
  • P4 534 - Page Up/Page Down when slider focused also scrolls the project. looks OK on W10 but iffy on Mac
  • P2 1763 - Clicks on starting/stopping playback. I get stop clicks with a sine tone
  • P2 1979 - Saving an unsaved project takes much longer in 2.2.2/2.3.0 versus 2.1.0 'only tested on W10 - still just as slow there

  • P1 2028 - Mac: Audacity crashes when right clicking in label after copying label text to ano app
  • P1 2034 - Mac: first use of Record on 64-bit Audacity causes EGAs, Exports, Imports and Saves to be grayed out
  • P1 2035 - Save Project fails to display error message on Save with overfull disk

  • P4 1298 - Windows: Regular Interval Labels on multiple tracks produces multiple labels
  • P4 1938 - Global variable 'S' (sixteenth note) incorrectly set in 'tool' type effects to NIL
  • P4 770 - Enh: Create region labels with "Regular Interval Labels" tool. sort of works on W10 - but I don't like the (undiscoverable) GUI
  • P4 2022 - Mixer Board does not automatically update when tracks added or removed
