Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

• P2 2107 - Mac Accessibility: if a text box is the focus, pressing enter does not press the default button - needed retesting after the fix for 2267
• P2 2311 - Time Toolbar does not auto resize width to accommodate longer lengths of data.
• P4 2307 - Time Toolbar: the context menu LDPBT can be totally or partially obscured when resizing/relocating
• P2 2318 - Time Toolbar is needlessly resized too large when accommodating longer time formats
• P1 2289 - Linux: Advanced Mixing Options slider malformed

• P2 2327 - ENH: utility needed to convert EQ presets from .xml to .txt - needs updating foe EGA names
