Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

• P2 2408 - A region label gets split on inserting audio when Sync-lock is turned on - and it's gonna be a tricksy test
• P2 2439 - Mix and Render to New Track selects left channel of new stereo track - fails on Mac for Cliff and me on W10

• P4 2453 - Keyboard preferences leaves & characters in messages
• P2 2456 - audacity 2.3.3 config with Spectral Selection toolbar corrupts lower dock in 2.4.x and can crash
