Bug testing workbench

Peter 18Jul16: This is a page to act as a workbench for my testing on W10 and macOS.

Some DEVEL FIXMADE bugs get "parked" by me as they involve downloading plug-ins from sites I know nothing about - I am not prepared to risk that.

• P4 2396 - keyboard preferences: setting a shortcut does not take into consideration legal duplicates
• P2 2465 - Treble height Selection Toolbar - but not to be tested by me
• P3 2467 - Modules are not available for "Portable" Audacity
• P2 2468 - Python scripting of Nyquist effects must set ALL parameters, or all parameters are ignored - but not to be tested by me
• P1 2459 - Macros with Nyquist effects don't apply saved parameters
• P4 1807 - NyquistPrompt Scripting command is not functional

• P4 2453 - Keyboard preferences leaves & characters in messages
• P2 2431 - Real-time effects - Enable checkbox has no effect
• P2 2419 - Time toolbar: Opening and closing preferences resets format to hh:mm:ss
