Yes, I meant "Output" pane, as illustrated. Yes, AFAIK software playthrough always works with Soundflower. There's a workaround so you can still hear the audio playing on your computer - install and run LineIn from Rogue Amoeba. You then have to turn software playthrough off in Audacity. I wanted to keep this as simple as possible. I'll think about how I might add the use of LineIn without making it too convoluted.
