Initial Installation

I have tried to install our new hardware and software 3 times on my Dell computer that is running Windows XP, Service Pack 3. I get the Welcome to Found New Hardware Wizard. Windows will search for current or updated software by looking on your computer, on your installation hardware CD, or the Windows update site (with your permission). Can Windows Search Windows Update for software? It gives me 3 choices: Yes Yes every time No

I get to the Found New Device Wizard which gives me a message: The software you are installing: USB Composite Device has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP.

It gives me 2 choices: "Continue Anyway" or "Stop Installation" After continuing a restore point is established I get a "Please wait while the wizard installs the software... USB Audio Device The next screen is Welcome to Found New Hardware Wizard. Click cancel. Go to Start and no new program is installed.

Go to disk in D: drive to locate
