Tools
- Using F keys to change current tool mode is now properly reflected graphically (Markus Meyer)
- When using the multi-tool mode, the project is now only redrawn when necessary (Markus Meyer)
- In Multitool mode, you can now press Ctrl to temporarily enter slide mode for single clips (Markus Meyer)
Label track
- Added a new set of functions under Edit->Labeled Regions designed to work on selected labels. With this change, for example, it is possible to silence all regions marked by labels in a label track by selecting the label track and then choosing Edit->Labeled Regions->Silence. Other functions implemented are Delete, Split Delete, Join and Disjoin (Arun Kishore)
- When clicking on a Label textbox, if other tracks are selected, only those tracks remain selected with the selection region changed to the label boundaries. With this, it is possible to select only certain tracks with the label (Arun Kishore)
- Added HOME and END functionality to label editing. (Leland Lucius)
- TAB/Shift TAB to get to the first or last labels and to cycle back out again.
- Clicking labels select area in selected tracks only (Arun Kishore)
Effects
"Native" effects
- Forgotten Click Removal effect is added from 1.2.x branch (Craig DeForest and Richard Ash)
- Equalization effect has undergone major changes. It has now saveable presets, larger canvas and two ways to change EQ curve
